Additive Injection
Polyamide fibre is additivated by means of a mechanical process using ionic silver particles. The silver concentration in the fibre is the highest possible, seeking a balance between particle adhesion for maximum antibacterial action but without diminishing the flexibility or strength of the yarn.
Coating
The ionised silver yarn coats an elastomer wire that provides it with elasticity and firmness. The combination covering it results in a single thread.
Mesh
The silver ionised polyamide mesh is part of the central structure as a base layer. It gives garments an antibacterial effect and provides more durability.
