PU1100 ANTIESTATIC

Economical antistatic glove with fingertip coating Nowadays, workplaces where electrostatic discharges (ESD) can occur around sensitive electronic equipment and parts are very common, such as clean rooms for electronics, nanotechnology and semiconductor manufacturing. Such electrostatic charge transfer not only affects the electrical properties of electronic parts, but can also cause equipment malfunctions and failures, interfering with their operation.  Personnel in such work environments must use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to minimise or even eliminate any charge transfer between personnel and electrostatic discharge-sensitive component equipment. As explained in this video, work gloves in such environments must be made to minimise or even eliminate static electricity. Aware that this is a reality that is increasingly present in any work environment, Juba has launched a new reference of antistatic gloves. The PU1100 Antistatic glove is made from polyester and carbon fibre, with polyurethane coating on the fingertips. Professionals who use this new glove in their daily work will be able to work in a tactile, light-weight, flexible and comfortable way. As a novelty, Juba has added 6 cm in length up to 56 cm to its KS5850 sleeve in order to increase the protection of those users who need it in their day-to-day work. KS5856 POWER CUT is the new sleeve in the Juba collection which, following in the footsteps of its 50 cm predecessor, allows the professional to work safely with total comfort, breathability and freshness thanks to a gauge 13.  This blue cuff is made of K-ROCK®, Juba's own fibre with unique characteristics such as high cut resistance and durability. Juba now offers boxes of nitrile disposable gloves (H570) with ten units

Disposable gloves are a very useful product that can be used for the protection in a wide range of activities. Their main purpose is to prevent direct contact with substances harmful to health, such as chemicals. Or, of course, they can also be used to prevent damage to the hands or possible staining with dyes or oils. Juba now offers, as a novelty, boxes of disposable nitrile gloves with ten units of reference H570, a model textured all over the outside for better grip in dry, wet and oily environments. These gloves are food-grade certified and ambidextrous, so they may be used on both right and left hands. In fact, in order to better fit each professional, Juba has three different sizes: 8, 9 and 10. Nitrile is a very suitable alternative to reduce allergic reactions, especially for people intolerant to latex. Its fine, flexible texture allows for good sensitivity at the fingertips. It also optimises comfort and dexterity. Disposable gloves are a widely used resource in all industrial sectors as a protective measure, as they are essential for optimal hygiene. While they do not offer cut, heat or puncture resistance, they are essential for those who need a quick and easy layer of protection on a daily basis. These multi-purpose gloves are perfect for numerous applications and industries, such as laboratories, the chemical industry, emergency services, electronics and assembly, the food industry, food processing and, among others, industrial cleaning/maintenance. Concretely, this Juba reference protects against the following chemicals: Sodium Hydroxide 40% (level 6, >480 minutes), Ammonium Hydroxide 25% (level 1, >10 minutes), Hydrogen Peroxide (level 3, >60 minutes) and Formaldehyde 37% (level 2, >30 minutes). In any case, Juba recommends not to reuse disposable gloves, they are for single use only. In addition, once the professional has removed them, they should be disposed of in a suitable waste container. And, of course, before using any glove, always consult the technical data of each reference. If any doubt arises, you can discuss with your Customer Service to help and advise you on any purchase.

HTE 100: Juba's new glove for electric pruning shears with CPS system

Juba is committed to develop the most innovative products on the market, adapted to the needs of each professional sector. Many of the pruning shears incorporate a CPS system, so Juba has recently added to its catalogue, with more than 500 references, a glove focused on protecting the hands of professionals who use this type of shears. Professionals who carry out work for the growth of tree branches or vine growers must keep their hands protected with anti-cutting gloves without losing freedom of movement. Juba's new HTE100 model is a knitted glove with a locking system for electric shears made in Europe, which is ideal for use on the opposite hand to the one that handles the tool. Without a doubt, this type of glove must provide a balance between ergonomics and safety. As to protection, this reference by Juba is Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), with an anti-cut level F. This letter is the maximum achieved in the TDM test, according to the health and safety requirements specified in the EN 388:2016 standard on gloves for protection against mechanical hazards. However, a glove is useless as protective armour if it does not allow adequate breathability, if it is heavy, or if the material is so stiff that force must be exerted to perform precision movements with the fingers. Or, of course, if it does not fit the physiognomy of the professional's hand. Therefore, these new gloves from Juba's Garden range are available in a wide range of sizes. Specifically, Juba offers this reference from size 7, which corresponds to S, up to size 11 or XXL. In addition, the glove is designed with an elastic knitted cuff for improved grip on the wrist. As to packaging, Juba offers clients a minimum order of a 6-unit pack of gloves, or a 60-pair box is also available. However, HTE100 should be used in dry conditions and, of course, tested for compatibility with shears before pruning.

KSLX200: an orange seamless glove made of polyester coated with rough latex

Hands are the main working tool in many industrial sectors. If a work protection glove is too large or, on the contrary, too small, the wearer's movements will be reduced and he may be exposed to some risks. A glove may slip if the size is too large, while grip and dexterity will be compromised if the wearer is undersized. Above all, the glove must guarantee a perfect fit to adapt to the professional's hands. Today, there are different sizes, usually ranging from 6 to 12, to ensure a good fit. As if it were a second skin, this product must protect from the palm to the fingertips. Juba has been working for nearly 70 years to provide the most suitable safety gloves for each hand. On this occasion, the company has added the new KSLX200model to its catalogue of over 500 glove references, available from size 7, which corresponds to S, up to size 11 or XXL. JJuba's new model stands out for its design with orange colour on the back of the hand and a black interior on the palm. KSLX200 is a seamless glove with a rough latex coated polyester material, which is now available in gauge 13. A recently released Juba reference that is similar to the H256, but more economical and in industrial format. What are the peculiarities of KSLX200? Great waterproof properties in the palm, providing a solid grip in dry and wet environments. In addition, this reference provides the user with good abrasion resistance and increased durability. Therefore, this glove is recommended for professionals in the gardening, do-it-yourself, plumbing, light metal structure erectors and construction/masonry sectors. Juba customers interested in this product can purchase it in different packaging: a minimum order of a pack of 10 pairs of gloves or, for those who wish a box containing 120 pairs is also available. The KSLX200 reference is a Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which complies with the essential health and safety requirements specified in the EN 388:2016 standard on Protection Gloves against Mechanical Risks, as category II PPE.
