When using hand knives or similar cutting tools, especially for boning and cutting up meat or fish. It should not be used as protection against the risks in moving machines.

· Level 2 protection according to EN ISO 13998.
· Inside diameter of the rings: 5,6 mm. Diameter of the stainless steel wire: 0.7 mm
· It is reversible to avoid the risk of an accident because it is used in reverse.
It provides all the flexibility and comfort of the metal mesh and guarantees ease of movement for the worker. It is cleaned by vigorous brushing with water at 50ºC. The rinse is carried out with water at a minimum temperature of 82ºC. It must be disinfected with an authorized non-acidic product for food hygiene. Do not use chlorine or alkaline products.
